Submission

The contributed program will include

  • regular presentations (30 minutes)
  • poster sessions (3 sessions with around 15 posters each).

The contributions (only for registered participants) should be sent to the team leaders with the following information: 

  • contribution type (Regular presentation or poster),
  • title and authors,
  • presenter, affiliation and position,
  • abstract (no more that half a page).

The Scientific Programme Committee is in charge of the selection of the contributions as well as the final program.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF CONTRIBUTIONS:

July 10, 2017 for regular presentations

August 15, 2017 for posters

Note that the poster format is limited to A1 (height=84.1cm, width=59.4cm).
